![]() The per capita income for the CDP was $22,962. Males had a median income of $44,458 versus $27,933 for females. The median income for a household in the CDP was $48,939, and the median income for a family was $57,893. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 93.8 males. For every 100 females there were 96.9 males. In the CDP the population was spread out, with 21.3% under the age of 18, 5.5% from 18 to 24, 25.1% from 25 to 44, 29.9% from 45 to 64, and 18.2% who were 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.52 and the average family size was 2.93. 21.1% of all households were made up of individuals, and 11.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. There were 1,489 households, out of which 28.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 67.7% were married couples living together, 6.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.6% were non-families. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.37% of the population. The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.24% White, 0.18% African American, 0.08% Native American, 0.29% Asian, 0.08% Pacific Islander, and 0.13% from two or more races. There were 1,524 housing units at an average density of 537.3/sq mi (207.2/km 2).
